Timing Services Price List
Services and Fees:
Travel .55 cents per
mile From Greensboro And Return
HOTEL ROOM IF EARLY MEET
$75.00 per hour for the
duration of meet. (Plus 1 hour set up time)
Minimum price $200
What do we do?
We will furnish times and places for all events that finish in
lanes.
We will furnish times and places for all non-lane finish events
but you will need to identify runners by either bib or hip numbers.
What do you need to do?
Tent at finish line.
One person to help set up equipment.
Recorder to record finish times.
At least one timer to back up system, prefer 2-3 timers as back
up.
Individual during meet to help with starter cable.
Furnish access to track at least 2 hours prior to the first event.
This will give us time to calibrate and check equipment.
Be able to drive a car directly to finish line area to unload
equipment or furnish people to move equipment to that area.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Portable speaker system that covers entire track $85.00 per day
Race clocks, 2 large & 2 small available, per day $75.00 each
10 x 10 tents, free standing easy to use $45.00 per day
Walkie Talkies, per day each $20.00 each
All equipment can only be rented in conjunction with timing
services.
